  • Pixelworks (PXLW) up 2% after its PWSH subsidiary entered into an agreement with a group of investors based in China, under which committed investments will be made in exchange for equity interest in PWSH and also reiterating Q4 guidance
  • Generac (GNRC) up 3% after Janney Montgomery Scott analyst Sean Milligan initiated coverage with a Buy rating and $160 fair value estimate
  • Tesla (TSLA) up 2% after Baird analyst Ben Kallo lowered the firm's price target on the stock to $252 from $316, but kept it on his "Best Ideas" list for 2023
  • Jounce Therapeutics (JNCE) up 73% after Gilead Sciences (GILD) and the company amended their existing license agreement for GS-1811, enabling Gilead to buy out remaining contingent payments potentially due under the license agreement executed in August 2020
  • Kala Pharmaceuticals (KALA) up 65% after reporting that that the FDA has accepted an investigational new drug application for the company's lead product candidate, KPI-012
  • Minerva Surgical (UTRS) up 127% after entering into a share purchase agreement for the sale of 146,627,565 shares of its common stock in a private placement

  • Southwest (LUV) down 2% as it continues to cancel flights and operate just over one-third of its typical schedule following operational challenges
